It is a highly outward-looking department that actively promotes academic communication, research partnerships, and the exchange of students and academic staff with leading universities around the world. <\/p>\n<p>Throughout more than twenty-five years of operation, the Department has successfully implemented numerous research and educational projects, organized international conferences, workshops, and summer schools, and established collaborations with distinguished scholars from across the globe. Many of its graduates continue their studies at prestigious universities in Europe and the United States, participate in research and educational programmes at other institutions, or pursue academic careers at universities in Greece and abroad. At the same time, the Department maintains partnerships with dozens of international universities and demonstrates strong mobility of both students and academic staff through the Socrates \/ Erasmus+ programme.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-clearfix\"><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-layout-column fusion_builder_column fusion-builder-column-4 fusion_builder_column_1_1 1_1 fusion-one-full fusion-column-first fusion-column-last\" style=\"--awb-bg-size:cover;\"><div class=\"fusion-column-wrapper fusion-flex-column-wrapper-legacy\"><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-5\"><h4 class=\"fusion-title-heading title-heading-left\"><span style=\"color: #c6e22b\">\u2014 Structure<\/span><\/h4>\n<p>The Department of Philology is staffed by twenty-three (23) faculty members: eight (8) Professors, seven (7) Associate Professors, and eight (8) Assistant Professors.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, the Department is supported by four (4) members of the Special Teaching Staff (EDIP) and one (1) member of the Special Technical Laboratory Staff (ETEP), who contribute to its teaching, laboratory, and research activities.<\/p>\n<\/div><div
